Recruiting Services supports Amazon Talent Acquisition organizations with all administrative activities and recruiting coordination, globally.This position is for Recruiting Services, which comprises of scheduling and non-scheduling activities and has the following teams: Employee Referral Program, Students Program, Rehire Eligibility Talent Acquisition Operations, Candidate & Travel Expense Management, Internal Loops Scheduling, Online Assessments, and Phone Screens.Amazon is seeking a delivery-oriented HRS Associate with 2+ years of HR experience to join our Recruiting Services team. This role will focus on working on non-scheduling activities like screening applications. The ideal candidate must have a proven record of managing high volume of data and an exceptional level of accuracy.Key job responsibilities
. Handle non-scheduling activities like Profile screening comparison and validation of profiles on different Recruiting services tool.

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining highest quality and improving customer experience
\xc2\xb7 Address customers\' queries on a timely manner
\xc2\xb7 Adhere to process level SLAs
