Ensure transactions are analyzed deeply and closed with highest level of quality and Accounted accurately and timely ensuring compliance, approval verification and quality control review.\xc2\xa7Standardize processes to achieve and exceed stated objectives.\xc2\xa7Timely monitor and manage reporting of all performance indicators specific to his/her team.\xc2\xa7Facilitate timely issue resolution, including escalation in accordance with governance structure.\xc2\xa7Work with other supervisors & Analysts and teams to ensure that the center is meeting or exceeding performance levels.\xc2\xa7Ensure the relevant financial controls are operating as designed (SOX compliance).\xc2\xa7Provide internal and external audit support, as required\xc2\xa7Foster communication and teamwork within and across organizational boundariesWhat You Will Need to be Successful:\xc2\xa7University Graduate/Post Graduate or MBA with a major in finance, business or accounting\xc2\xa75 to 9 years of Experience in General Accounting with expertise in Record to Report accounting.\xc2\xa7Experience in accounting and reporting financial systems\xc2\xa7Proficient in using JD Edwards a plus\xc2\xa7Proficient in using Qlik View/Qlik sense a plus\xc2\xa7Experience in interacting with business operational customers and Controllers \xc2\xa7Ability to manage a diverse group of skill sets in a delivery center environment\xc2\xa7Strong communication skills (English required)\xc2\xa7Ability to portray professionalism and confidence to customers via phone and e-mail\xc2\xa7Strong organizational and time management skills\xc2\xa7Ability to multi-task and handle large volume of work efficiently and accurately\xc2\xa7Proficient at conveying the core philosophies of Otis\xc2\xa7Demonstrate high ethical standards\xc2\xa7Willing to work in shifts.If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.Otis is the worlds leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
