Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience in Windows Administration Linux Admin (RHEL/SLES/OEL) AWS GCP Terraform and Ansible. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Consumer Lending and be comfortable working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. This role does not require travel.Responsibilities * Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Oversee the deployment and management of infrastructure on AWS and GCP platforms.
• Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code to automate and streamline provisioning processes.
• Implement and manage configuration management using Ansible to ensure consistency across environments.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members on infrastructure-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for security and data protection.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure issues.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing infrastructure and processes.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

Qualifications * Possess strong experience in Windows Administration and Linux Admin (RHEL/SLES/OEL).

• Demonstrate expertise in AWS and GCP platforms.
• Have hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Show proficiency in using Ansible for configuration management.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of Consumer Lending domain.
• Display excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
