Job SummaryWe are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in AEM support engineer AEM system engineer AEM Frontend AEM Backend and AEM Authoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires day shift work and does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to our projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and impactful outcomes.Responsibilities * Lead the development and maintenance of AEM-based applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

• Oversee the integration of AEM with other systems and platforms ensuring seamless data flow.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AEM-related issues ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to develop and implement AEM components and templates.
• Develop and maintain AEM authoring tools ensuring ease of use for content creators.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AEM development.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
• Participate in the design and architecture of AEM solutions ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide training and support to end-users on AEM authoring and publishing processes.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AEM applications ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AEM and related technologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications * Must have strong experience in AEM support engineer AEM system engineer AEM Frontend AEM Backend and AEM Authoring.

• Must have domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Nice to have experience with hybrid work models and day shift schedules.
• Nice to have familiarity with industry standards and best practices in AEM development.
