About the department
This role is a part of the Commercial, Global Business Services (GBS) unit at Novo Nordisk. The Commercial GBS - Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations
The Position
The Content Hub Partner (CHP) is a key Project Manager with responsibility for facilitating initiatives across affiliates in close partnership with Global team. The CHP serves as a key liaison for global and relevant regional/local stakeholders to facilitate and steer key objectives using MCE, Multi-Channel Execution. This includes facilitating end-to-end processes across the content lifecycle of medical content, emailers, e-detailers, creatives, congress, campaigns, web pages with relevant stakeholders including, regional and local Content Hub Partners, delivering on CH important KPIs including use and reuse of global content, content insights, customer satisfaction, quality, agility, cost avoidance.
• Coordination and end-to-end project management.
• Client Management and relationship building.
• Asset production and multichannel execution SME.
• Deliver on Content Hub KPI's (Transparency (use and reuse of global content), content insights (CSK tagging), customer satisfaction (CSAT), quality, agility, cost avoidance and new business opportunities.
Qualification
• Hold a master's degree or above in relevant area.
• 7+ years of experience in project management and client services.
• Experience in a Digital Content Factory and with multichannel execution.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is very desirable.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Content production in different channels including but not limited to emails, e-detailers and websites.
• Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation concept.
• Knowledge of website CMS platform e.g.: Adobe Experience Manager.
