Position: Sr. Associate- Branch Operations
Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Mysore/Mandya/Pondicherry
Exp. 3+ yrs. in operations from BFSI industry
CTC: up to 3.3 LPA
Qua: Graduate
:
To ensure customer service and support all back end operations like NB, PS, Accounts Revival, Lead Generation.
To create customer delight at every interaction.
Day to day operation work in branch.
Applications scrutiny, Proposal form login with the help of Software which Involves generation of client ID & Passing the cashier entry generation of renewal payment receipts & revival letters.
Cash & Cheque deposit in the Bank. Maintaining the MIS on daily basis.
Preparation of various MIS reports and timely submission of the same to Reporting Manager.
Handling the walk in customers. Experience 3 - 7 Years
Salary 2 Lac 50 Thousand To 3 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
Industry ITES / BPO / KPO / LPO / Customer Service
Qualification Other Bachelor Degree
