Responsible for managing all Power BI related client asks and support the team for the overall project goal.Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 In this role, you would be responsible for doing the Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reporting for the business with zero miss.\xc2\xb7 Efficiently carry out data preparation/data modelling necessary for the visualization purposes.\xc2\xb7 Gather reporting requirements from various stakeholders, architect the solution/report, understand/analyze the source data and deliver the reports in a timely manner\xc2\xb7 Create and design intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI for data driven decisions.\xc2\xb7 Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning and optimization of dashboards.\xc2\xb7 Experience in publishing and sharing the dashboards, scheduling data refreshes.\xc2\xb7 Handle complex visualization or data problems in Dashboards.Minimum qualifications

• Any Graduate
• Previous relevant work experience in MIS Reporting will be advantage

Preferred skills:

• Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS) preferably in HR analytics
• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
• Provide excellent reporting and analytical information support to management team.
• Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
• Identify management problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.
• Provide customer support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company

Technical Skills

• Must be proficient with basic excel
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
