About the department The Commercial & Corporate Affairs - Global Business Services (GBS) unitis responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin, GLP-1 and ObesityMarketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. In the Diabetes GLP-1 and MNIAD area, we are a passionate team helping millions of people with diabetes achieve better health outcomes through innovative medicines and solutions. We drive and execute projects across a strong portfolio comprising of both launch and life-cycle management brands. The Position This job is located in Bangalore, India. International travel will be required for 5-10 days a year. You will join the Rybelsus global marketing team, driving strategic brand responsibilities. These responsibilities include: Develop & drive Rybelsus internal brand communication strategy and enhance internal awareness. Develop and update of brand communication materials and approval thereof. These can include brand newsletters, training camp materials, better practice sharing websites, marketing cycle release materials and patient support materials. Build/optimise the existing communication channels and platforms. Prepare reports/dashboards to measure the impact of internal brand communication initiatives. Drive vendor management activities, mainly related to internal brand communication deliverables. Build rapport with Novo Nordisk markets and ensure market engagement & feedback sharing on internal communication campaigns. Support and/or drive development of patient support tools & communication. Drive planning & execution of digital asset development. Review, approval, and certification of marketing materials. Secure project & brand deliverables are met within allocated budget. Upload of marketing materials to internal Veeva brand portal and maintenance. Qualification & Experience Graduate degree in Pharma (B. Pharm), Science/Biotechnology (B. Sc), Engineering (B. Tech). Master\'s Degree (preferably within Marketing) from a well-recognized institute 3+ years of overall experience preferably in the Pharmaceutical Marketing/Communication/Sales/Brand Management/Project Management, with proven experience driving brand communication & marketing. Ability to translate complex topics into simple and efficient communications and develop storylines for presentations etc. Proven experience in translating brand insights & data into communication materials. Conceptual, creative thinking, strategic thought process required. Ability to look beyond the data (generation of new communications approaches). Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Strong content writing skills to independently prepare internal brand communication content & newsletters. Strong collaboration with brand teams, affiliate teams, other internal stakeholders and external vendors such as creative agencies. Demonstrate capability to take ownership and accountability of deliverables assigned and deliver within tight deadlines. The candidate is expected to exhibit a high degree of flexibility as the nature & timing of the assignment of deliverables keeps changing with the ever-changing business dynamics Technical skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word is a must.
