The Centralized Time Keeping Team is seeking someone who is passionate about making a difference in people\'s lives.We are recruiting for a Time and Attendance Operational Admin. This position specializes in the time and attendance management. The Timekeeper role is a centralized function that will manage time and attendance matters for buildings across the network. This role requires fast, accurate, and reliable data entry. You will work on MyTime system or related systems and a trouble ticket queue of time and attendance issues submitted by buildings or auto-generated from the Time and Attendance System. Your primary focus will be resolution of incoming time and attendance inquires with opportunities for other engagement upon completion of centralized responsibilities. You may participate in continuous improvement process projects. A keen understanding of Amazon\'s attendance policies, employee groups, and applicable state and labor laws will be necessary. Timekeepers will focus primarily on system and ticketing, data auditing. Perform other projects and duties as required.Key job responsibilities

  • Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing and Time & Attendance related activities
  • Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations
  • Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details, timesheets, and attendance records, to maintain precise payroll records
  • Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with payroll service providers and vendors
  • Collaborating closely with the HR and Finance teams to exchange relevant payroll information and resolve payroll-related issues
  • Staying updated with the latest payroll regulations, tax-laws and labor standards
Qualification and other Key requirements:
  • Should hold a Degree in a related field and have 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing/Time and Attendance activities
  • Excellent attention to detail for accurate payroll management and support
  • Proficient in using payroll software and tools to process payroll efficiently
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data
  • Should have strong problem-solving skills, good written and verbal communication skills
  • Should be flexible working in different shift, Week-offs (24/7 work environment) and overtime as and when required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 6+ months of human resources experience
- Experience in confidential environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Bachelor\'s degree is minimumPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 1+ years of human resources experience
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
