They are responsible for designing and developing comprehensive dashboards and reports that help stakeholders make data-driven decisions. By leveraging advanced analytics, they identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators that drive business growth and efficiency.What you will do:

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and workflows using Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx for data analysis, visualization, and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Perform data preparation, cleansing, blending, and modeling using Alteryx for improved data quality and efficiency.
• Create advanced data visualizations, predictive analytics, and statistical models to uncover trends and patterns in the data.
• Optimize data workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline data processes using Alteryx Designer.
• Conduct performance tuning, data profiling, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and consistency in the data analysis.
• Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx usage and data analysis techniques.
• Stay updated on the latest BI trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in data analytics.

What you will need to have:

• 2-4 Years of hands-on experience in developing BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
• Proficiency in data manipulation, transformation, and automation using Alteryx Designer.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certification in Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Python is added advantage

What would be nice to have:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Industry Experience: Experience in Cards and Payments domains and products.
