If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job Title Sr Associate, Client Support Tier 2What Does a great Client Support Associate do at Fiserv?We are seeking a seasoned Client support Associate with extensive experience in Client Onboarding, Network and Platform Migration related projects, also who can collaborate with end users to fulfill product and service maintenance requests for different type of Networks.What you will do:

  • Handling Specification requests: Collaborate with program managers and end users to understand the need and gather the specifications for the projects
  • Spec validation: Validate the specification data against the system data to eliminate the errors in the process for the existing clients.
  • Project management: Manage the implementation projects by tracking the milestone and brining it to closure
  • Client Onboarding: Onboard the client to Fiserv platforms by enabling required services.
  • Client Migrations: Work closely with applications teams to handle the Platform and Network related migrations.
  • Client Experience: Collaborate with end users to resolve the queries and service requests.
  • Data management: To use SQL queries to retrieve data from data bases for validation purpose and access Mainframe systems to review the changes.
  • Reporting: Create Power BI Dashboards and reports to have enhanced metrics to share with stakeholders.
  • Post Implementation Support: Handle client queries and issues post implementation changes to have seamless experience for end users.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with end users, business stakeholders, program managers and application team to understand to deliver the requests
  • Process Improvements and Optimization: Monitor and improve process by addressing issues and understand scope of innovation and automation implementation.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure the whole process comply with data governance policies, standards, and industry regulations.
  • Technology Evaluation: Stay current with emerging data technologies and assess their potential impact and value to the organization.
What you will need to have:
  • Experience in Client support projects and ability to collaborate with stakeholders to provide solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Client Implementations and Onboarding process
  • Experience in handling Mainframe applications, Database tools and Splunk.
  • Familiarity with data governance and data security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
What would be nice to have:
  • Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in Cards and Payments domains and products
