Exp: 4- 6 yrs Responsibilities: As representative of the People Functions , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing various aspects of People operations. Your responsibilities will include: Operations Oversight: Managing various facets of People Functions operations, including employee documentation, on-boarding, and off-boarding processes. Streamlining insurance-related tasks and ensuring compliance with all audits. Policy Implementation: Implementing, and administering people policies and procedure, Liasioning with global People functions team and management. Ensuring that all people practices align with statutory requirements and guidelines. TA Support: Providing valuable support in the TA process, from conducting hiring needs analysis to performing reference checks and drafting employment contracts. Employee Relations: Navigating employee relations by offering guidance and clarifications on policies and their practical application. Payroll , Benefits and Claims Management: Managing employee payroll , benefits and efficiently handling claims administration. Knowledge in People systems - HRMS , PF portals , ESI , AMS, LMS, PMS etc Collaboration and Compliance: Collaborating closely with finance teams, statutory authorities, and payroll stakeholders to guarantee the accurate and timely processing of payroll and other claims. Continuous Improvement: Actively participating in and, at times, leading projects aimed at continuous improvement within the People function. Educational Qualification & Skills Master\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. In regular stream Proven experience in HR operations and generalist roles. Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory requirements, and best practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in HR software and tools. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
