ROLE SUMMARYThe Digital Manufacturing (DM) Team\xe2\x80\x99s mission is to simplify processes and experiences to drive Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) outcomes. DM is responsible for the digital transformation of all processes across shop floor, quality control, quality assurance, engineering, environment, health, and safety operations. Our programs are led by user experience and design thinking to understand the journeys that our PGS customers are working through daily. DM leads a focus on innovative technology implementation across PGS sites including a digital lean production system, sensors, Industrial Internet of Things, wearables, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality solutions. DM drives efficiencies in end-to-end operations by embedding predictive and prescriptive insights from artificial intelligence into our manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional applications.The Quality Control (QC) Solutions team within Digital Manufacturing is responsible for the core solutions within the Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) Quality Control area. The solution teams work on enhancing & maintaining the technical capabilities of the QC solutions to allow global quality and site quality control teams to effectively manage, monitor and optimize operations.The Sr. Associate, Solution Analyst will work as part of the Analytical Solutions agile team to maintain and enhance the Empower Chromatography Data and NuGenesis Laboratory Management solutions. The colleague will be highly self-motivated, eager to explore new technologies, and is effective when working in a team environment. A strong aptitude towards self-development and growth is highly desired.While experience with the mentioned solutions is desirable the successful candidate will build on a sound basis of IT knowledge and practical experience paired with awareness of the requirements for working in a regulated environment and the willingness to become an expert in the Empower and NuGenesis applications\xe2\x80\x99 technical and business processes.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESThe Sr Associate, Analytical Solutions Technical Analyst responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work as a team member maintaining and enhancing vendor solutions used in Pfizer GMP laboratories worldwide
• Working as part of a scrum team & demonstrate agile ways of working.
• Work with the product owner & technical manager, to maintain a product backlog for the solution to effectively manage the technical work required to enhance & maintain the solution.
• Collaborate & set expectations with business team to define and estimate sizing of user stories, enablers & defects
• Collaborate with other solution teams within Pfizer Digital Quality to align processes and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with architecture and supporting teams to ensure the solutions are implemented & subsequently maintained on up-to-date infrastructure
• Ensure work tasks are completed on schedule to a high quality standard & within configuration guidelines.
• Ensure solutions are maintained in a compliant state in accordance to Pfizer policy and GMP regulations.
• Provide L4 technical support & deployment hypercare support

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Good written and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to colleagues
• Experience in all stages of system and application lifecycle from value analysis, business case development, solution deployment through value realization.
• Experience of modern software engineering, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, documentation and releasing.
• Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 and GMP regulations
• Ability to work with global teams across multiple concurrent activities and successfully adapt to changing priorities as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Agile (SAFe preferred).
• Experience with Waters Empower and NuGenesis products
• Script programming using Windows command line, VBS, Powershell for automating software installation and maintenance
• Experience writing and using database SQL queries
• Programming experience in a higher programming language including the use of Microsoft Object models
• Experience utilizing Toad with Oracle
• Experience using Git and DevSecOps toolchains

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to manage many parallel objectives and changing priorities. Working with various stakeholders from multiple groups.NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Job will require working with global teams and applications. Flexible working schedule will be needed on occasion to accommodate planned agile sprint planning and system releases as well as unplanned/on-call support.
• Potential travel required for critical project work up to 10% of time

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

• Reports to Digital Quality, QC Solutions Analytical Solutions Lead
• Work in collaboration with other Digital & Technology groups within and outside Digital Manufacturing on definition, design, technical build, deployment, embed & optimization of the solutions.
