• Minimum 5years of working experience in Sales.

• Comfortable with Calicut location.

• Need candidates from Building Material.

Position - ASM -Area Sales Manager Segment-Sales Branch location - Jaipur Working location - Udaipur This would be a team handling role reporting to the Branch Sales Manager. Responsibilities: 1) Sales target achievement - Ensures achievement of primary and secondary targets for the designated areas 2) Responsible for leading a team of SEs/SOs (Sales Executives) to drive sales in the designated area 3) Relationship management- ASM will be responsible for maintaining relationship with all the key stakeholders- Dealers/Retailers & Influencer (AID/DMI) with the help of his team 4) Responsible for regular market visit in order to guide frontline sales team & also to maintain connect with the stakeholders 5) People management- Responsible for reviewing, training , coaching & mentoring the front line sales team 6) Feedback & grievance redressal of the major stakeholders (Dealer/Retailers/AID/DMI)
