Your role:
Create user documentation, according to the defined processes and quality standards. The exact scope of user documentation varies per project, and can include terminology, CTBs, etc. To represent the user documentation discipline in the project, and to coordinate the user documentation planning in line with the project requirements and deadlines.You\'re the right fit if: (4 x bullets max)
1. Experience- 12+years of experience and 2+ years of Technical/ People Leadership experience.
2. Skills-Experience in the area of Technical Publication domain is highly preferred.Strong project management skills, able to prioritize work, balance multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines, with proven ability to work on many projects concurrentlyUnderstanding of corporate functions and processes, including quality systems and processesFast learner and interest to learn new technologies/business/systems.System Thinking mindsetExposure to work on global environment, ability to communicate on different levels, good listener, coach and guide project team, with good presentation skillsLeadership skills and drive for results. Mindset to simplify and reach to solutions with speed.Shows strong content knowledge of the business and ability to translate this to opportunities for the group. Have a strong business focus3. Education- Bachelor in Electronics/Software/BioMedical
4. Anything else-Experience with documentation and publishing technologies such as XML and content management systemsMedical device experience is a strong plusUnderstanding of manufacturing bill of materials structures and configuration managementFamiliarity with new product development processesExperience working in a highly regulated industry, as well as working in a procedure-intense departmentAbout Philips
