He / She should have the ability to perform all phases of architectural work including planning,designing, and overseeing the construction documentation. He / She should be able to Mentor and lead ateam of Architects and Technician to achieve the design and deliverables in line with project need. This roleinvolves responsibility for enhancing relationships with existing clients. The ability to explore new businessdevelopment opportunities will be an added advantage.10 to 20 yrs of experience with andArchitectural consultancy firm in which at least10 yrs. in mixed use or commercial projectsLeading minimum 10 people in lastorganisationShould have completed at least two projects.Grade A- IT campuses of min 15,00,000 sftfrom start to end in IndiaShould have good networking with owner/ topmanagement of top 3 Developers of any metrocity.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign Development and management\xef\x82\xb7 Responsibility of multiple projects from start till the completion.\xef\x82\xb7 Take the \xe2\x80\x9cbrief\xe2\x80\x9d to identify clients\' needs and put together feasibility reports and designproposals\xef\x82\xb7 Lead the team for developing ideas keeping in mind client\'s needs, building\'s usage andenvironmental impact in line with Archit4etural trend and advancement.\xef\x82\xb7 Coordination with design cell/3d team for development building aesthetics\xef\x82\xb7 Present the key project deliverables to client/consultantsDrawing Management\xef\x82\xb7 Control Drawing deliverables from start to finish of the project to ensure high quality detaildrawings for Schematic and working drawing stage\xef\x82\xb7 Guide the team for ensuring that all works are carried out to specific standards, buildingcodes, guidelines and regulations\xef\x82\xb7 Work With team of 8 to 12 Sr. Architects/Architects/ Technician for achieving the deliverableson timeConsultant and Vendor coordination\xef\x82\xb7 Coordination with structural and service consultant for design development and execution\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with various vendors for material selectionClient and Site coordination\xef\x82\xb7 Coordination with client or client representative for regular feedback on project and follow upon project remuneration\xef\x82\xb7 Coordination with project managers to achieve the required design deliverables in line withsite requirement\xef\x82\xb7 Make on periodic site visits to check on project status and report on projectLead and Develop team\xef\x82\xb7 Identifies individual and team skill gaps and developmental opportunities (e.g., training,special assignments, projects, etc.) to facilitate individual and team development\xef\x82\xb7 Resolve team performance issues in accordance with company\'s policies and procedures in atimely manner to motivate and foster teamwork\xef\x82\xb7 Defines, advises and recommends use of emerging technologies\xef\x82\xb7 Monitors the project lifecycle from intake through delivery\xef\x82\xb7 Should be responsible for thought leadership in terms of looking beyond the technology andconsidering the value technology creates for business customers, while making sure that allsolutions align within the assigned budgetBusiness development & client relationship\xef\x82\xb7 Revenue maximization in vertical-Develop strategies to ensure high revenue & top linegrowth. Preparing and managing the verticals annual capital and operating expense budgets\xef\x82\xb7 Client retention and relationship building in commercial sector -To nurture partnership andensure profitability and continuity. Present new services and enhance existing relationships\xef\x82\xb7 New business development - Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increasedbusiness in commercial sector.
