Job Description
Designation - Sr.Architect
Location: - HO
Terms: - Full Time
Salary:- 65k to 70k per month
Experience: - 4 to 5 years
Education: - B.Arch , M.Arch
Role/Responsibilities: -
a. Computation of architectural feasibility of project
b. Involvement in design process and evolve further process
c. Preparation of conceptual drawing of project
d. Preparation of GFC drawings
e. Preparation of Corporation drawings
f. Preparation of Elevations, 3D sections as per requirements.
g. Preparation of Internal Changes Drawing for Existing members / New purchasers
h. Meetings with clients whenever necessary, coordination with site staff for execution of changes etc.
i. Coordination for IGBC certification.
j. Coordination with all the consultants for smooth execution of site. (RCC, Plumbing, Electrical).
k. Frequent visits to the site for checking the progress of work w.r.t. drawings issued.
B. TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
a. Quantity Estimation for ongoing & proposed projects
b. Daily reporting & co-ordination with Management in prescribed formats
c. Value Engineering to optimize the costs as well as onsite quality management
d. Analysis of construction material to be used on-site.

Pay: ?18,952.43 - ?69,035.45 per month
