Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present design concepts for architectural and interior design projects.

Create detailed architectural and interior design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

Select and specify materials, furnishings, and color palettes for interior spaces.

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of design plans.

Regularly conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Prepare and manage project timelines and budgets.

Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Professional licensure or certification in architecture or interior design (preferred).

Proven experience as an Architect and Interior Designer.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
