Role Title: Sr. Analyst - Controllership HOW DOES YOUR WORKDAY LOOK LIKE As an Sr. Analyst - Controllership in Bandra, Mumbai your key responsibilities will be: As part of the Controllership team, the key responsibilities will be to act as the Finance Controller who will be heading finance & accounts function of a manufacturing company of UPL group of companies. Managing all financeand accounting operations including invoicing, A/R, A/P, ledger scrutiny, cost accounting, inventory accounting, fixed assets accounting, revenue recognition etc., Annual Budgeting, costing and Preparation ofMIS - Actual v/s Budget, Cash flow forecast, and variance analysis. Financial accounting and reporting, statutory audits, and finalization of accounts, liaison with auditor. Manage and comply with direct tax and indirect taxes regulations viz., transfer pricing, tax audit, tax returns, GST compliances including monthly filing of returns. Banking and treasury operations - liaison with banks for day-to-day operations, setting up credit facilities etc., Ensure and strengthen internal controls (ICFR) and comply with guidelines and SOPs circulated by corporate. MAIN STAKEHOLDERS You would work in close collaboration with competent and wonderful teams such as GST compliances, Other Tax teams, Finance controllers . Externally you will also work with Statutory and financial auditors. REQUIREMENTS Qualified chartered accountant with 4-6 years of experience in finance and controlling Article ship training preferably with Big-4 Ability to analyze and create complex data in Excel. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
