HiGreetings of the Day.We have a critical opening with our client for Sr Analyst-Adobe role for Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune/Gurgaon location.Experience : 2 to 5 yrsLocation: Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune/Gurgaon (Hybrid)Mode of Employment: FulltimeJob description:Senior Analyst technical vision for web analytics implementation, testing and reporting.Develop and manage the solution design & documentation that outlines client business requirements, and use cases across web properties and mobile applicationsCreate, manage, and enforce specified digital analytics tagging standards to ensure robust and consistent data is captured for analysisDevelop custom JavaScript for tracking & manipulating data from JavaScript objects, HTML markup, URLs, and CookiesImplement new analytics tags and strategically migrate old tag framework of GTM into the newly architected tagging framework of Google Tag ManagerCollaborate with client-side development teams to ensure proper implementation of data layer/codeTest and validate the tracking using various debugging toolsDeploy and manage 3rd party tags & marketing automation platforms.Qualifications\xc2\xb7Work with clients to define their measurement strategies and drive data maturity and activation\xc2\xb7 Liaise with client developers to implement on-site data layers that support our data collection activities\xc2\xb7Implement measurement strategies using tag management tools such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium and Adobe Launch\xc2\xb7Support A/B testing build work using customer experience optimization tools such as Optimizely, Optimize and VWO\xc2\xb7Nurture client relationships and become a trusted extension of their business through ongoing communication\xc2\xb7Present project outcomes and proposing new work and technologies that will add value to their business\xc2\xb7 Stay current on industry insights and innovation to improve internal techniques, processes, documentation and quality assurance\xc2\xb7 Coach and help more junior members of the team, with line management responsibility for up to 4 people if desired (capacity/resource planning, development plans, performance reviews, coaching etc.)\xc2\xb7 Lead multi-functional delivery teams, providing motivation and support to ensure project objectives are met/exceeded (often across multiple concurrent projects)\xc2\xb7Work autonomously and as a team, with time management a critical attribute.About CIEL HRCiel HR marks the return of HR visionaries to the HR Services industry, powered by technology and analytics.
