The Sr Analyst, HRIS - Workday Configuration position is responsible for supporting, extending, and improving operational within Human Resources They will lead as a thought partner for customer groups, advise on business requirements, data presentation, and support decision making This position will directly interact with other members of the HRS group, senior global HR leadership, accounting/finance stakeholders and other senior business leadership across the Brookfield supported footprint Responsibilities Lead functional projects as a HCM subject matter expert demonstrating deep functional knowledge HR processes Lead and support Time Off function Lead and support Time Tracking function supporting (nice to have) Responsible for configuration changes within Workday Manage and resolve operational tickets and issues Create change documentations for any configuration change to Workday Documentation on new functionality that is set up for Brookfield Qualifications 5 years of experience with HCM in Workday Ability to work well in structured and unstructured environments, under pressure, and with changing and competing priorities and timelines Possession of excellent consultative, organization, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge specifically including Excel (functions, pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas, etc.) Prior experience on a shared services team preferred
