They strategically plan to meet market demands, optimize sourcing, ensure efficient production, and oversee the seamless movement of goods from production to delivery. The team employs advanced analytics throughout these processes, fostering adaptability and operational excellence. This collaborative approach ensures a well-coordinated supply chain that aligns with both organizational goals and dynamic market conditions.Purpose of the roleThis role is responsible for delivering analytical solutions to the business challenges of the operating units and managing a team of approximately 10 individuals. Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with the US Advanced Analytics team and operating unit stakeholders, monitoring and developing optimization and simulation models, and creating data visualization tools for the operating units.Additionally, the role involves identifying, analyzing, and implementing opportunities across the end-to-end supply chain, with a focus on manufacturing and distribution network design and optimization, capacity planning, and customer service/inventory trade-off analysis. Scenario planning around key supply chain levers is also a critical component of this position.The individual in this role must effectively manage the team, ensuring optimal resource allocation for projects and maintaining high team engagement to achieve the team's key priorities and deliverables.Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed
