About the Role
In this opportunity as a Senior Analyst - SAP BI/BO you will:

• Work in a fast paced environment where problem solving and critical thinking are required to resolve issues related to complex systems.
• Work collaboratively across teams to deliver high quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Have regular interactions with business users and understand their requirements in order to implement efficient and effective solutions.
• Use your analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends, patterns and anomalies.
• Utilize your knowledge of data warehouse concepts, ETL tools (e.g., Informatica) and SQL to develop and maintain reporting solutions.
• Apply your understanding of SAP Business Objects Universe Designer and Security Administration to design and maintain secure environments.
• Utilize your experience with SAP HANA security to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Perform incident management and problem resolution for incidents related to system failures or performance issues.
• Support the development and maintenance of processes and procedures associated with IT infrastructure architecture, including monitoring, capacity planning, disaster recovery, etc.
• Apply your knowledge of ITIL processes to drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Participate in team collaboration activities such as agile ceremonies, scrum events, and retrospectives.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant technologies and industry trends through reading, training and participation in professional organizations.

About You:

• 3-6 Years of experience in SAP BO /BI.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Apply your knowledge of ITIL processes to drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
