Tricon is seeking a Sr. Analyst - JDE Support in Mumbai.






Roles & Responsibilities:


• Possess a solid business background, hands-on experience in consulting, and JDE Distribution and Advance Pricing modules implementation experience.
• Provide functional support for the JDE Distribution Suites and Finance Suites.
• Analyze and resolve user problems, and provide user instruction on JDE functionality, requirements definition, gap analysis, and business process design.
• Good understanding of Transportation Modules (JDE or Third-Party tools)
• Experience in configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting the end user for the enabled JDE applications and related technology.
• At least 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing core modules within the JDE Distribution suite, e.g., Procurement, Inventory, and Sales Order Management, and Transportation modules within JDE or Third-party tools
• Experience in Localization is a must
• Experience with multiple modules is required.
• Managed implementation projects and provided support on user requests
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask within a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.
• Exposure to and understanding of consulting services.
• Proven record in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work and thrive in a team environment.

• Consulting experience with professional services organization.
• Experience in managing projects and training initiatives.
• Oracle/JDE certifications


Qualifications/Skills


• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience in implementing and upgrading JDE Functional Applications and providing end-user/help desk support.
