The purpose of this position is to oversee the process and policies surrounding indirect purchase requisitions and purchase order creation. As the subject matter expert, the individual will provide education to end users on purchasing policies and the systems used to facilitate the creation and approval of the purchase orders including the receiving tasks. The individual will be a key contributor in overall operations of the Tradeshift platform and oversee the PR/PO process. The Sr. Purchasing Analyst will assume a wide range of responsibilities and must be flexible. In addition to coaching the outsourced team who assists the business in creating their purchase orders, this person will also be responsible for change management communications for all users when there are changes within the Tradeshift or S/4 system as well as any changes to process or policy.
