:Role - SCM Professional H/W, S/W, Contracting & New DealsEssential Job Functions:
Sourcing and Procurement of finished Goods for IT Infrastructure and Project Based (Primarily New Deals) IT Enterprise Equipmentxe2x80x99s like: Servers, Storages, Software, Tape Drives, High End Routers, Switches, Networking Equipmentxe2x80x99s, Wi-Fi AP, Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, etc.,
Well versed with complex Negotiation with different OEMxe2x80x99s and Distributors on commercial terms and requirements closure. Should have experience in structing large deals with major HW, SW OEMxe2x80x99s and 3rd party manpower vendors.
Taking care of all documentations related to purchase and responsible for Procedure Manuals & Contracts. Should be well versed in negotiating & finalizing of contracts and SOWs including redlining, keeping in view India market and customer demands.
Focus on localization through identification of local vendors as well as negotiate & register regional vendors. Vendor management and relationship analysis based on actual spend.
Working with PMxe2x80x99s, Solution/ Technical Architects, CDMxe2x80x99s, Supplier on reviewing the quotes & SOWs from the commercial aspects and getting it finalized.
Conversant with Functional Knowledge of Procurement, including RFP/RFQs, Quote evaluations and comparatives, Vendor Selection, Vendor Ratings, Vendor Satisfaction including Payments as per agreed Payment terms.
Develop & evaluate new vendors for smooth supply chain operations. Quarterly Review of supplierxe2x80x99s performance & consolidation of suppliers. Empanelment of vendors for annual rates contracts & agreement Vendor management and relationship analysis based on actual spend.
Experience in preparation and analysis of various MIS report on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Well versed with contracting for different products and services required for system integration and Networking implementation projects.
Savings: Participate in the VC projects to contribute towards the overall SCM FY target and deliver.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience (preferably in ITeS) in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role in procurement and supply chain
Proven experience in data analysis and procurement support
Proficiencies in data-driven decision-making and vendor communication
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
Relevant certifications in data analysis or procurement a plus
