TDS Return Filing and Preparation of Audit Statements: Manage the preparation and timely filing of TDS returns on a quarterly basis, ensuring accuracy in tax deductions and payments. Assist in preparing audit statements and documentation required for internal and external audits.
Tax Audits & Assessments: Assist with tax audits and assessments, providing necessary documentation and clarifications as required by tax authorities.
Submission of Tax Filings: Ensure timely submission of tax-related documents, returns, and statements, minimizing the risk of penalties or non-compliance.
Invoice Verification & Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with the companyxe2x80x99s policies and approval processes.
Payment Processing: Process payments to vendors and suppliers according to agreed terms, ensuring that all payments are accurately recorded in the accounts payable ledger.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 4-6 years of experience in accounts payable, with a deep understanding of India tax laws and statutory regulations.
Hands-on experience in preparing business income tax returns and statements for audits.
Strong knowledge and experience in TDS return filing and GST return compliance.
Familiarity with tax filing software and online tax portals (e.g., GSTN, Income Tax Portal).
Experience with accrual accounting and financial reporting.
