Analyse user requirements and translate them into functional specifications requirements.


Collaborate with stakeholders/clients to understand business needs and objectives, and identify opportunities for process improvement.


Work closely with development teams to provide guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.


Writing the test cases and conduct thorough testing and validation of software applications to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.


Document and communicate technical solutions, processes, and best practices to stakeholders and team members.


Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for software applications, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.


Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and software development.


Basic Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.


Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques.


Must have P&C insurance working experience.


Conduct functional testing on software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements.


Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems such as JIRA

Experience working with Agile methodologies, SAFE (SAFe Framework) and familiarity with software development lifecycle processes.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


Knowledge of software development /Testing tools and technologies, with the ability to understand technical ,Business, Domain concepts and communicate effectively with development teams.


Other Qualifications:


Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., INS) or related (ISTQB) field is a plus.
