Point of contact and subject matter expert for SAP SD delivery and operations teams
Experience in implementation phases, gap-fit analysis, configuration, build, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support for SAP S/4 HANA (Brown field & Green field implementations).
Team member to implement new functionalities and improve existing functionalities including requirement analysis and converting them into effective solutions.
Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and conversion programs for SD functionalities.
Experience in working with teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions based on business needs.
Work with developers and other SAP team to make sure that the developments and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals.
Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing.
May be required to work on pre-defined shift plans and/or be on standby for operations support.
Own Service and Incident Management and involve in change management process.
Drive automation in the SAP SD areas.
Drive best practices within teams with respect to SAP Industry specific solutions.
Develop strategic SAP Roadmaps for our customers covering key topics and initiatives.
Develop Build and drive management relationships with large, global customers.
Identify customer needs and advise on DXC services & solutions.
Develop S/4HANA transformations scenarios.
Identify and drive sales opportunities together with the account teams.
Interface with customers and own all deliverables for customers.
Define continuous improvement plan and drive its execution.
Primary Skills and Qualifications
Candidate should have min of 8+ years of SAP SD functional experience with 4 End-to-End Implementations.
S/4 HANA Modules 2+ Years of experience specializing in (Brown field & Green field) implementation, support. S/4 HANA SD module is an advantage.
Experience in Business requirements gathering, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, testing, cut over, post-go live support.
Knowledge in preparation of detail specifications for Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements and Forms development of custom programs
Team player having experience in coordinating across Modules and with the technical team.
SAP Certification is an added advantage.
Well-versed with SAP Activate Methodology with Agile flavor.
DevOps & Agile methodology experience, working with small agile teams with strong ownership and drive.
Ability to learn and adapt to new frameworks/technologies and quickly integrate with them for automation of service delivery.
Learn and apply new concepts in information technology.
The candidate should be a Degree in BE/BTech/MSC/MBA/MCA with good academic records from premier institute.
