Work with Clients, Functional and Technical teams to drive effective management of the application.
Work on Integration using HCM Extracts, building complex BIP / OTBI reports, Fast formula, Alerts, and data loading using HDL and HSDL.
Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of requirement definition and solution design.
Nice to have the skills to support and manage the admin activities such as but not limited to
Keep track of the functionality changes within the system (new release updates)
Setup migration between environments
Perform end to end system integration testing and functional testing.
Perform Planning and execution of training, support, and transition.
Innovate ways to reduce the operational activities.
Think creatively to solve the user problem with holistic and simple solution.
Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Will need to work independently with business users Excellent customer facing skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
Willingness to work flexible timings.
Must have Skills and Qualifications
Overall 7 to 9+ years of experience in HCM Cloud Technical skills.
Should have hands-on experience in Cloud HCM Conversions (HDL, HSDL), integrations (HCM Extracts & BIP), Reporting (OTBI & BIP), Alerts, Fast Formula and Workflows.
Should be able to debug issues and provide on call support based on project needs.
Good knowledge on Quarterly Releases.
Understanding of Compensation and at least two other HCM modules (preferably Absence, Time and Labor or Recruitment or Learning).
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with client facing role.
Functional knowledge on HCM modules.
Experience on Redwood and VBCS.
Certifications in any stream of HCM Cloud Modules.
