They strategically plan to meet market demands, optimize sourcing, ensure efficient production, and oversee the seamless movement of goods from production to delivery. The team employs advanced analytics throughout these processes, fostering adaptability and operational excellence. This collaborative approach ensures a well-coordinated supply chain that aligns with both organizational goals and dynamic market conditions.Purpose of the roleWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sr. Analyst to support the Regional Teams by analyzing data, improving systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting, process efficiency, and impactful decision-making. This position requires basic expertise in tools like SAP/APO, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain high data accuracy while enabling process improvements. The ideal candidate will have data analytical skills, experience in supply chain management, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment along with a keen eye for process optimization.Key AccountabilitiesFinancial Analysis & Budgeting

• Support financial objectives by preparing forecasts and assisting in budget planning.
• Monitor expenditures and analyze variances to ensure adherence to financial goals.

Tool Enablement & User Support

• Provide and manage access to eBuy tools for users across regions and roles while adhering to approval protocols.
• Conduct training sessions for employees, vendors, and franchisees to enhance tool proficiency.
• Troubleshoot system issues related to forecast conversions and ensure timely resolution.
• Review and maintain forecast accuracy dashboards with stakeholders.
• Participate in testing new system enhancements in collaboration with IT teams.
• Ensure data accuracy across tools and processes by collaborating with all stakeholders.

Reporting & Data Management

• Update and manage forecasts in SAP APO or equivalent systems.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for management, including incident reporting, volume updates, and vendor forecasts.
• Lead monthly reviews and provide actionable insights based on the data.
• Design customized reports based on business requirements.

Process Improvement & Leadership (30% of Time)

• Identify and implement process improvements, proposing solutions for inefficiencies.
• Document processes, develop standard operating procedures, and train internal/external stakeholders.
• Own key communication channels to address user issues and maintain workflow continuity.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3xe2x80x934 years in analytics, process management, or a similar role.
• Basic expertise in tools such as SAP APO, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
