This role includes preparation of monthly forecast of financial results reflecting changes from trends, preparation of Annual Budgets, Payroll processing for Hyderabad office, Service fees working and booking, Intercompany reconciliations, Participation in Annual Audits etc.What You\'ll DoKey Objectives/Principal Accountabilities

• Prepare monthly forecast of financial results reflecting changes from trends, organizational and regulatory changes and analyse actuals to forecast/budget, and provide appropriate comments
• Present forecast results to senior management highlighting key drivers, risk, and opportunities
• Responsible for monthly Payroll Processing, disbursement and booking of expenses through GL and AP including ensuring compliance with respect to Statutory and Internal Audits
• Manage Contractors cost including monthly provisioning and Invoicing
• Ensuring compliance on Income Tax for all employees including ESOP tax computation
• Preparation & maintaining of Tax schedules i.e. Deferred Tax schedules, MAT computation etc
• Responsible for reviewing monthly accruals including preparation of results compared with monthly Forecast, highlighting variance with appropriate comments
• Preparation of monthly Service Fees computation and Intercompany reconciliation
• Responsible for preparation of Dividend working and payment to HQ annually
• Ensure appropriate Lease accounting as per IND AS on monthly basis
• Responsible for compliance in relation to ICOFR and reporting the same
• Responsible for vendor onboarding & management at HDC including performing due diligence of documents and determining terms as necessary
• Ensure compliance with Gratuity and Leave encashment provisioning as per applicable laws & regulations
• Preparation of Capital Budget
• Preparation of Monthly Operation review Deck
• Work on new projects as and when needed

Who You AreFunctional Competencies

• Chartered Accountant
• Demonstrated strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - emphasizing attention to detail, follow - through and adherence to deadlines
• Knowledge of Oracle/Essbase will be an added advantage
• Strong Presentation and training skills
• Strong knowledge on MS office
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong team building and Interpersonal skills
• Strong English oral and written communication skills
