What We\'ll Bring: Global Delivery is responsible for the delivery of products to customers in support of account risk management, to perform underwriting and customer acquisition.
As a Senior Analyst on the Customer Testing/Test Data Management team, you will play a key role ensuring our customers are able to successfully test and implement TU solutions in the online/real-time space. You will do this by building suites of test data based on the customer\xe2\x80\x99s integration requirements, managing issues to resolution, handling day-to-day operational and technical questions for our customers, along with partnering with teams across the matrix; Technology, Solutions, US & International Markets, and Sales.

  • Fulfillment of customer testing requirements by compiling, organizing, and creating test data to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 test plans, including managing and maintaining solutions specific test case suites.
  • Team Collaboration, including formal periodic team training, knowledge article creation, and data gathering/dashboard enhancements.
  • A catalyst for process changes, encouraging process improvement based on TransUnion and team goals. Support team initiatives to achieve routine operational excellence.
  • Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 active listening, verbal communication, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Independently manage workload of customer requests and internal support needs.
  • Strong time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • Attention to details & strong analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Mentoring analysts/ new associates to enable them to effectively perform their tasks diligently
  • Willingness to work in US hours
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, information technology, or computer science and/or the equivalent of 5+ years of technical customer support or operations experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SPLUNK, SQL
  • Communicates effectively (both written and verbal) throughout the organization.
  • Proficient knowledge of testing concepts and tooling.
We\xe2\x80\x99d love to see:
  • Experience in quality assurance and testing, Salesforce.
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, and troubleshoot data and data formats.
  • Exposure to financial services or insurance industries along with credit reporting (reading & evaluating credit data).

  • Supporting TransUnion customers through their testing lifecycle for online/real-time solutions. This includes building test data per customer requirements, interrogating the test database, troubleshooting unexpected results, and collaborating across the matrix to resolve open items. All actions taken help our customers solve industry challenges, build trusted partnerships, and drive revenue.
