They closely work with Strategy and Planning, Technology, Creative, Audience and Loyalty marketing to deliver complex customer journeys across various Channels.Job Summary:Primary role of Sr Analyst Channel Marketing is to independently manage Enterprise campaign development, validation, testing, and deployment across multiple audience segments using Marketing automation platform.This role will work alongside a team of peers who are responsible for the success, growth and innovation of triggered automated and retargeting marketing campaigns and scaling of all email, SMS and push campaigns, as well as owning the daily maintenance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.This individual also demonstrates the ability to be a self-starter, create process and new steps from start to finish and requires minimal input to bring a marketing tactic to market. He/she also understands consumer motivations, media trends and competitive trends and makes informed recommendations to the marketing team and key stakeholders around how to drive traffic and deliver total company KPIs.To accomplish this the Analyst of Channel Marketing must have knowledge and experience in CRM platform and understand the ever-changing ecosystem of retail/merchant organizations to ensure our campaigns are meeting the industry standards.Roles & Responsibilities:Core Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage complex marketing campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud for Email, PUSH Notification and SMS
  • Hand-on experience on Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Content builder, and Journey Builder, Query Studio, Einstein, SQL, AMPScript
  • Own and maintain complex always-on, Lifecycle triggers and manage data hygiene of all data extensions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to analyze marketing campaigns performance with key metrics such as, Opens, Clicks, CTR, Revenue, Visits and other KPIs and provide insights to optimize and automate Salesforce Journey
  • Manages multiple projects and stakeholders to prioritize projects with the most impact on operational goals; helps to influence decisions across the organization to drive consumer relevance and engagement
  • Displaying proficiency in key skills including strategic thinking, stakeholder management, big picture thinking, conflict management, building collaborative & coaching culture
  • Develop a strong understanding of designing for retail and retail marketing events
Years of Experience:
  • 4+ years in a similar role preferably in advertising agency or retail industry
Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)Required Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate or post graduate degree in Marketing, Digital, E-Commerce, Engineering
Skill Set RequiredPrimary Skills (must have)
  • 2+ years with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong expertise on campaign set up on Marketing Cloud, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder
  • Good understanding of Email, PUSH Notification, SMS campaign and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Ability to interpret insights from Data analytics tools
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills xe2x80x93 written and spoken
Secondary Skills (desired)
  • SFMC Certification is preferred
