The team develops the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Information Security strategy and policy, manages the Information Security program and identifies and addresses vulnerabilities, Develops, deploys and manages a risk-based controls portfolio, Manages and operates global security operations center that monitor, detects and responds to cybersecurity incidents.GIS Identity & Access management (IAM) Access Control Team goal is to ensure that the control processes and effectiveness are within the identified risk tolerance. Manage the performance and effectiveness of the working control through the establishment of metrics with thresholds. Validate the reasonability of Laws, Rules and Regulations mapping alignment to the controls, as aligned by the GIS Policy team.*(Provide a high level overview of the role and scope of responsibilities)Data Engineering Services team conducts data analytics and data engineering activities to provide businesses with IAM insights and reduce organizational risk. This will enable partners through the creation of preventative and detective controls drive adherence to the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Policy and Standards. You will design and build innovative reporting and analytic self-serve capabilities that provide actionable insights and analytic capabilities to support Process and Controls. This includes hands-on full implantation of data automation processes that deliver insightful dashboards providing advanced visualizations of threatsResponsibilities*

• Analyze disparate database sources, including relational structures.
• Artificial Intelligence/Deep Learning/Machine Learning, Data Mining, and Statistical Analysis using Python and R
• Design and build relational AI / ML data models to support development of actionable reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Design, develop and maintain innovative reports, dashboards, and scorecards using but not limited to Tableau reporting
• Work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, learn from each other, and inspire each other to be the best we can be
• Process building/ Re-Engineering skills - Maintains organization\'s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies, process improvements & automations
• Risk Management - Review and Monitor the process for risk evaluation and reduction along with audit readiness
• Monitor compliance with financial services policies, regulations, and customer requirements through risk assessments and audits

Education*BE/BTECH/MCA/MSC (IT) equivalent (Any Technical Degree)CertificationsData Science/ Python/ AI & ML / CISA/CISMExperience Range*5+ YearsRequired skills*

• Expertise in Data Analytics using Python and R

• Proficient in data visualizations in NEO 4J

• Strong understanding of Identity Access Management architecture, technology and standards

• Strong quantitative, Analytical, data intuition and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Artificial Intelligence/Deep Learning/Machine Learning, Data Mining, and Statistical Analysis

• Proficient with Splunk & Python programming

• Expertise in Performance Tuning of Queries and code design optimization

• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, documentation, and presentation skills

• Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills

Desired skills

• Experience with data visualization, storytelling with data, and design of reporting views that drive actionable decisions

• Experience with designing/developing Tableau or NEO 4J

• Good Presentation skills

• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
