Job Title: Sr. Analyst - Accounts Payable Summary: The AP Analyst is responsible for processing several types of accounts payable transactions including vendor invoice posting, GR/IR accounts monitoring and communicating internally and externally with suppliers. This position will focus on increasing the Ariba invoice percentage by constant and systematic follow up with suppliers. He /she will guide the suppliers and business users in understanding Ariba, invoice submission and contribute to improve Available to Pay. She/he will collaborate with the AP US Team lead in efficient AP US processes and other tasks on request. Responsibilities Include: 1/ Account Payables US: Ensure prompt and accurate posting of invoices and other invoice processing related functions in SAP VIM . Ascertain that invoice approvals are by the company\'s Delegation of Authority. Maintain professional and effective communication with vendors and internal customers on time. Manage AP mailbox within TAT and supply first time resolution. 2/ Account Payable- Ariba Expert Actively take part and test in Ariba project for US region. Be expert for Ariba and related invoice posting. Ensure for Ariba PO suppliers are submitting invoices via Ariba on time. Aid team on Ariba queries. Effectively analyzes the situation, collects inputs to make efficient decisions on processing invoice outside Ariba as per laid process. Aid in forecast by providing information on invoice delay in Ariba. 3/ Actively pursue continuous improvement opportunities resulting in improved processing time and/or data management. 4/Other duties or projects as assigned by AP Team leader. Qualifications: The following are for the role Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in finance 5 + years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance job Fluency in English needed. Effective communication skills Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment. Service mentality, Initiative-taking & critical thinking skills. Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables producing high quality output.
