- Soil testing /product training/ seed GOT through any private /Govt laboratory .
- Trial /Demo field for self-product testing/ germination and submit report
- Monitoring soil health and testing of nutrient level of soil samples collected from farmers fields across the State.
- Educating farmers on soil and water conservation technologies through implementation of Watershed Projects
- Creating awareness among the farmers community for improving productivity & soil health. It\'s a contribution to the National agenda also.
- Coordinate with Krishi Vigyan kendra and Agriculture university for new product trial and product benefits communication..
- Master\'s degree in Agronomy or related field.
- Proven experience in agronomy or agricultural research.
- Strong communication and farmer education skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Day shift
- Yearly bonus
