• Responsible for carrying out a new controller product (Hardware and Software) development (Electronic Engine Controller, Environment Control System, Electric Power).
• Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary project team from product concept to in-service for a new market.


• Familiar with latest technology trends in the Electric Aircraft, Turbogenerators and UAM.
• Working knowledge of DO-178C and DO-160 qual. cycle and cert documentation.


• Hands-on with Agile (Sprint, Kanban) and IPDS 2.0 practices.


• Responsible for the baseline and program budget tracking.


• Lead the Program Change Control Board and ensure that the Program Baseline is updated with all approved changes.


• Ability to drive the schedule & resource assignments with the help of PP&C. Ensure MAT/EOC, Accolade and HMR are in sync.


• Work with Business team and Technology Chiefs to conceptualize the solutions and drive TRL (technology readiness level 6) for new technology.


• Proficient in DOORS, Serena and ClearCase tools.


• Contribute to E&PS product strategies, technology roadmaps and improvements in engineering quality and productivity.



You must have:


• B. Tech / M. Tech in Electrical or Electronics engineering or Computer Science or Control System Engineering.


• 12+ years in engineering product development

• Ability to perform multiple tasks with limited oversight.


• Capable of playing the nodal technical role for large scale programs.
