Are you ready to help us make the future?You will facilitate efficient and effective deployment of the new Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to improve Honeywell business results. You will help define and document customer requirements for deployment of this new analytics platform. You will assist with process redesign to ensure optimization of the functionalities enabled through advanced business applications based on EDW. You will provide support to users to facilitate rapid adoption of the new data warehouse and analytics tools, to speed time to value of the new solution capabilities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\xc2\xb7 Document and prepare business requirements documents (BRDs) that will include business definition of Key Process Indicators (document the logic driving business KPIs and metrics calculations) and visualization insights (i.e. wireframes)\xc2\xb7 Perform data integrity and data validation testing and facilitate business user testing sessions\xc2\xb7 Serve as the primary liaison to the Architecture team to validate the solution architecture along w/ the project team\xc2\xb7 Serve as the primary liaison to the project Product Owner (PO) in gathering business requirements\xc2\xb7 Identify/resolve/document process gaps\xc2\xb7 Perform or support data field mapping and validation to ERP source tables/columns as well as user training and adoption plans\xc2\xb7 Plan process and deployment reviews\xc2\xb7 Work in conjunction with Technical SMEs to gain business and technical insight in KPI definition, behaviors, and processing dependencies\xc2\xb7 Work in conjunction with the Product Owner and Agile Scrum Master defining Epics and/or User Story definitions in Agile/JIRA\xc2\xb7 Assume ownership of the Product Enhancement Backlog, vetting requirements given by the Product Owner/Product Manager\xc2\xb7 Serve as the functional lead in the UX mock-up/wireframe design of visualization dashboard/reports (establish the graphical visualization strategy for each KPI)\xc2\xb7 In conjunction with Business SMEs, define data validation criteria and use cases for user acceptance testing (UAT)\xc2\xb7 Organize, in conjunction with the PO, UX design demos and User Acceptance Testing scenarios/strategy\xc2\xb7 Conduct/contribute to design overviews/training of Business SMEs/users\xc2\xb7 Assist w/user adoption and system decommission strategies collecting associated metrics\xc2\xb7 Coach and mentor other business analysts in business process modeling and other duties\xc2\xb7 Other duties and priorities assigned from time to time ( modern technology, tech debt reduction)YOU MUST HAVE\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree\xc2\xb7 8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst\xc2\xb7 4+ years of experience supporting data analytics, data warehouse and data migration projectsWE VALUE\xc2\xb7 SAP ECC and data integration/migration experience or knowledge\xc2\xa7 S4 exposure is a bonus, need R3\xc2\xb7 SAP module experience such as: SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling), SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) or other SAP module experience\xc2\xb7 Experience implementing After Market Services solutions, and install base mining; ServiceMax exposure is a bonus\xc2\xb7 Experience with data reporting / consumption tools one of : (Tableau, Power BI, Sap Business Objects)\xc2\xb7 Experience with SQL , querying for data and exploratory analysis\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of database architecture, database development and working understanding of ETL data integration concepts including ETL tools like Informatica\xc2\xb7 Experience using JIRA and agile development\xc2\xb7 Recent experience working in a business analyst role on data or analytics-related projects\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills conveying information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse, global teams\xc2\xb7 Willingness to work non-business hours related to project and support requirements\xc2\xb7 Experience and strong process knowledge in several business/functional areas such as After Market Services, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, CRM\xc2\xb7 Ability to apply Lean/Six Sigma to ensure highly efficient processes\xc2\xb7 Apply rigorous waterfall and agile project management approaches on assignments\xc2\xb7 Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions\xc2\xb7 Creative and collaborative problem-solving skills\xc2\xb7 Quickly and accurately identify even subtle interrelationships and patterns among a variety of problems and issues\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle multiple projects at one timeAdditional Information
