Install, configure, and administer Service applications including, but not limited to:MS System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM / MECM) Installs, upgrades, and patches operating systems and complex software packages. Knowledge Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS Services Create, execute and report on testing and implementation plans. Create, execute and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for Enterprise Services Schedules installations and upgrades in accordance with established IT policies and procedures. Conducts routine software audits of Microsoft based servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines. Intune Administration and architect must have worked on Policies on Mobile and other device management in Intune. MAC Administration experience is very helpful. Experience in SQL Server for taking the SCCM Reports and Health Checks for SCCM Server. Integration of MDT into SCCM and MDT through Operating System Deployment. Prepare the Weekly and Monthly reports/dashboards and share with management for customer reviews. Knowledge of WSUS x.0 and SCCM Current branch Windows Autopilot for Hybrid and Azure AD scenarios. Managing configuration items & baselines (DCM) in Configuration Manager (SCCM). Creating Custom reports in SCCM. Knowledge of MS SQL for creating SSRS reports in SCCM Knowledge of Software Metering in SCCM for managing Licenses. High Level Troubleshooting for Package Distribution. Should have sound understanding on Package server, Task server, PXE server concepts Strong Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Advanced OS level Troubleshooting. Person should be aware of new features that have been incorporated in Windows 10 and 11. Should be aware of SCCM logs both at Server & Client end. Trouble shooting and good problem solving skills.
