- Daily office operations and maintain organized administrative processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of office supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses, invoices, and other documentation.
- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and arrange for repairs as needed.
- Handle correspondence, mail, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support human resources and administrative functions including onboarding and training of new employees.
- Manage reception duties including greeting visitors and addressing queries professionally.
