:ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:At The Knot Worldwide, we are a global leader in the wedding and events industry, providing innovative solutions and inspiring moments for couples around the world. Our mission is to help people create unforgettable experiences, and we're looking for a talented analyst to join us in achieving that goal.RESPONSIBILITY:

• Data Analysis: Utilize internal and external analytical tools and platforms to process large datasets and generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business and client reports.
• SQL Expertise: Leverage your SQL skills to extract and analyze data from various sources, providing deeper insights and enhancing reporting capabilities.
• Colloboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to interpret data and provide actionable insights that drive campaign improvements and enhance overall performance.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards for internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and insightful data presentation.
• Innovation: Propose and implement new reporting methodologies and metrics to improve decision-making and performance evaluation.
• Quality Assurance: Perform QA checks on generated reports to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
• Mentoring: Train and mentor team members on reporting tools and techniques, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within an advertising or digital marketing context.
• Expertise in Excel and other analytical tools for data interpretation and reporting.
• Strong ability to generate insights from complex datasets and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience in developing and maintaining reporting templates and dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker and SFMC is a plus.
