Strong in AD architecture creation and problem-solving skills Sr. Active Directory Administrator Sr. Active Directory Administrator provides support, implementation, and design services for Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems across the enterprise, including directory and file server solutions. Resolves and appropriately completes assigned cases and change requests and acts as an escalation for support issues. Applies new solutions through research and collaboration with team and determines course of action for new application initiatives. Implements new software solutions as required by the business. The core infrastructure technology duties include enterprise Microsoft Active Directory and Windows file services architecture creation and management, global system security and policy configuration, and top-level support for enterprise-wide initiatives. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, File service, Federation, Windows Server 2012/2012 R2/2016/2019, Windows security, ADFS Proxy, Distributed File System, Certificate Service, Windows cluster and related technology. File and folder management. . Experience and in-depth knowledge on DFS & FRS. . In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, SMB and Kerberos etc. . In-depth knowledge on DNS and DNS query, Zone Transfer etc. . In-depth knowledge on Active Directory Replication troubleshooting and hands on replication tool. . In-depth knowledge on Active Directory disaster recovery and backup solution. . Basic troubleshooting on networking and Office365, etc. . Excellent communication, writing, meeting facilitation. . Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
