Senior Accounting Manager Job

Description : Candidate should be capable of steering company's financial health, ensuring accuracy, and compliance while playing a strategic role in financial planning. Candidate should be capable enough in guiding businesses towards profitability and growth.

• Overseeing accounting procedures and team management.
• Ensuring accuracy in financial documents and compliance with legal regulations.
• Developing financial strategies and contributing to financial decisions.

Responsibilities :

• Managing and supervising the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management review.
• Coordinating and directing budgeting, procurement, investment activities, and financial planning.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
• Improving systems and procedures for financial reporting and controls.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA preferred.
• Proven experience as a senior accountant or accounting manager.
• Strong understanding of accounting software and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Deep understanding of business principles and practices.
