Sethi has taken the venture even forward with the formation of Amritsr Restaurant in the year 2018 in Thailand. In 6 years the brand Amritsr has its existence with 12 Restaurants in Thailand & Dubai with a family of 550 members ! King Group has also launched a unique multi-cuisine Pure Vegetarian brand named "Punjab by Amritsr" in October 2021 in Dubai, UAE. We at KGH are also constantly promoting Indian healthy sweets for all Occasions & Celebrations ! We specialize and love to be innovative in our Outdoor Cateringxe2x80x99s as we cater to all type of occasions in Thailand & UAE !The RoleYou will be responsible for :

• Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
• Developing account plans to enhance service delivery.
• Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.

• You have at least 10 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Hospitality, Leisure, Travel.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
