Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting:
- Record transactions accurately using Tally.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reconcile bank accounts regularly.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and process payroll efficiently.
2. Financial Reporting:
- Generate detailed reports for management review on a predetermined basis.
- Analyze financial data to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
3. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, including tax filings (GST/TDS/TCS/PTax/Secretarial Compliance, etc.).
- Coordinate with auditors during audits to facilitate smooth processes.
4. Logistic Planning:
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize logistics and streamline processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in sourcing and procurement activities as needed.
5. Bank Work and Related Matters:
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and handle banking transactions efficiently.
- Process payments challan, monitor cash flow, and evaluate banking solutions to maximize efficiency.
6. Cost Accounting:
- Implement and maintain cost accounting systems and cost records.
- Analyze and report on cost variances, identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
- Support the pricing strategy by providing accurate cost information.
7. Customer Evaluation:
- Conduct financial evaluations of customers to assess creditworthiness.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and manage collections to ensure timely payments.
