Job Summary:

Finovest Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive with over 7 years of expertise in Chits and Kuries to join our team. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial transactions, accounts, and operations related to our Chits and Kuries business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, accounts, and ledgers

- Oversee daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and settlements

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies

- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for business growth

- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service

- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

- Conduct audits and ensure internal controls are in place

- Provide financial reporting and analysis to management

Requirements:

- Over 7 years of experience in Chits and Kuries, with a focus on accounts and finance

- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and industry standards

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally, SAP, or similar

- Experience in team management and leadership

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Nice to Have:

- Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CA, CMA, CFA)

- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

- Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?32,037.41 per month

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• chits and Kuries: 1 year (Preferred)
• ACCOUNTS: 1 year (Preferred)
