RequirementsJob Role -Senior Accountant Job Type: Full-time \xe2\x80\x93 Onsite-Night shift Location: AhmedabadReporting to : Manager / Senior ManagerShift timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST)We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of overall experience as an Accountant in accounting practices. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the financial success of our clients.What you will be doing:\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare and review the work of Associate Accountants on daily basis to ensure that all business transactions are recorded like Sales, Purchases, Receipts, Payments, Credit Memos, Purchase Orders, Payroll journals, Credit card transactions etc.\xef\x82\xb7 Support Lead accountant/ Manager to prepare & execute for month-end processes\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent & Effective communication with client\xe2\x80\x99s external customers/vendors to manage the collections/ payment process, including prompt resolution of any queries.\xef\x82\xb7 Review and file sales tax returns in compliance with regulations, including calling tax department as required for day-shift team\xe2\x80\x99s queries\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain all the records & files in an organized manner on cloud platform.What you bring:\xef\x82\xb7 3 to 5 years of Experience in accounting\xef\x82\xb7 Recent experience of 2+ years in US accounting, preferably in the night shift.\xef\x82\xb7 Strong knowledge of accounting principles\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent knowledge of customer support services\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications\xef\x82\xb7 Experience working with QuickBooks (Desktop and Online)\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of US GAAP or Sales tax filing process is good to haveEducational Qualification:\xef\x82\xb7 B.Com, M.Com, Inter-CA, or M.B.A (In Finance) or any equivalent graduation or post-graduation
