Position: Sr. Accountant Job Location: Solapur, MH Max CTC offered: 9 LPA Job description: Maintenance of the proper books of accounts and the company\'s records like balance sheet, profit and loss account, tax liability, and maintenance of all other financial activities of the organization. Maintenance of the general ledgers as required by the organization. Generate and analyze financial records and data to the organization. Interpret the financial records and suggest if any error is occurring there and should provide ways of improvement of the same. Bank Reconciliation on a daily basis. Follow up with the Bank for day-to-day Banking activities. Strongly aware of Tally ERP 9. Strong command of Excel. English Communication Skills (Oral and written) Must Require. Knowledge about TDS. Knowledge about GST (GSTR-1, 2A, 2B, 3B, 9, 9C, etc) including amendment, reversal & and transfers. Follow up with Clients. Finalization of Accounts etc. Monitor and maintain customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding payments. Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies and customer inquiries. Generate and analyze financial reports related to Accounts Receivables, providing insights and recommendations to management. Assist with other finance-related tasks, including Accounts Payable and Payroll, as needed. Utilize your knowledge of the construction industry to understand project-specific billing requirements and comply with relevant regulations. Work closely with multinational teams and clients, fostering effective communication and building strong relationships. Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to Accounts Receivables. Cash flow monitoring and reporting. Handling cross charge across group companies, loans and investments, bank reconciliations, monthly closing, and cash flow management. Stakeholder relations related to external funding (e.g., banks and other financial institutions, rating agencies, regulatory agencies, etc.) Analyzing the organization\'s revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast its short, medium, and long-term cash flow position. Required Skills: The candidate\'s age should be 40 to 55 years. Candidate should be from Pune, Hyderabad, Karnataka, Solapur. Graduate with 20-25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Exposure to working in an ERP/SAP environment will be preferred. Must have a good knowledge of Full Tally access, Excel & and Taxation.
