Financial Operations:Carry out bank reconciliationsHandle daily petty cash and bank transactions (including RTGS, NEFT, and BG activities)Manage accounts payable and bank reconciliationsProcess payrollUpdate daily bank entries and reconcile bank payments in TallyTax Management:Prepare and file TDS returnsConduct TDS reconciliationsPrepare monthly TDS depositsReporting and Analysis:Data analysis and preparation of MIS reportsPrepare and analyze financial statementsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)8+ years of progressive accounting experienceAdvanced proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting softwareExpertise in bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and payroll processingExperience with TDS calculations and filingsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills
